The OCBCC Benefits Plan
The OCBCC has partnered with the Community Services Benefits Trust (CSBT) to provide access to a best-in-class group benefits plan to OCBCC centre members to help your staff thrive, so you can focus on what matters most—supporting your people and your mission.
Membership Terms
Membership is on a rolling basis, valid for one year (12 months) from the date you join or renew—so you get a full 12 months of benefits, no matter when you sign up.
Membership affirms support for the OCBCC principles and objectives.

Individuals
Individual memberships are available for $40/year, and at a reduced rate of $30/year for students and retirees.
Child Care Organizations
Memberships for non-profit child care centres are offered based on number of child care spaces and begin at $150/year.
Ally/Partner Organizations
Ally/partner organization (family resource, labour group, social service org) memberships begin at $100/year.
